FLEX Customer Service Security Officer – In Person Hiring Event - WALKINS WELCOME!! Interview requirements: Physical copy of updated resume and business casual attire. Hiring Event Location: 509 Olive Way, Suite 505, Seattle, WA 98101 Time: Monday - Friday (10am-12pm) Job Site Location: Seattle, WA Wage: $28.90/Hour Available Shifts: Flex (weekly schedule will fluctuate) eligible to work 40+ hpw DISCLOSURE: To maintain a quality hiring experience, our team can only accommodate a maximum of 6 to 8 interviews per day. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED required, OR ability to complete GED program within 6 months.
- Standard computer / technology skills needed.
- Must have 2 years security & customer service/hospitality experience.
- Must be able to conduct patrols throughout a shift.
- Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
- All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.

- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus!
Responsibilities
- Maintain composure during urgent or high-pressure situations with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public.
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation.
- Secure entrances / exits.
- Conduct patrols inside and outside the client's premises in various weather conditions.
- Frequent interactions with client employees and guests.
- Identify and report safety issues, hazardous conditions, or any suspicious activity.
- Protect evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations.
- Set up barriers / signage and provide direction or information to others.
- Carry out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
