Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be professional in appearance, with excellent communication skills, friendly disposition, and ability to effectively communicate with a diverse population
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong problem-solving skills are required
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Prior call center or office customer service and billing experience
  • Experience in service-based routing, billing & collections, and appointment scheduling
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate customer communications, including inbound customer calls, emails, or chats with professionalism and efficiency
  • Schedule and manage service appointments for field service professionals with a prioritization of timeliness and route efficiency
  • Assist existing customers with rescheduling of service appointments
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Proactively identify customer needs and recommend additional products or services that add value
  • Educate customers on available features, upgrades, or complementary offerings
  • Achieve cross-sell and customer satisfaction targets
  • Document all customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to stay informed on new offerings and promotions
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of company products, services, and customer benefits
  • Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect on overdue accounts.
  • Research and resolve account discrepancies and billing issues.
  • Work collaboratively with the customer service and billing teams to resolve account issues.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team collection targets.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding delinquent accounts and collection efforts.
