About The Position

Brent Industries LLC is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative (CSR) for its Aftermarket Powersports Industry. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer requests, answering inquiries, and resolving order issues by utilizing a thorough knowledge of company policies and products. The company challenges, motivates, and encourages employees to do their best and help the growing team reach new heights.

Requirements

Customer Sales and Service experience
Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with an emphasis on phone communication

Nice To Haves

Experience with general mechanical knowledge of Powersports (ATVs, Side by Sides, Snowmobiles) or Automotive Industry is preferred
Experience with E-Commerce & E-Commerce platforms
Powersports expertise or Powersports parts & accessories knowledge

Responsibilities

Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently, and with great communication skills
Process customer orders/changes/returns according to established policies and procedures
Work closely with team members to resolve customer disputes
Work with vendors to resolve potential quality/fulfillment issues
Provide timely feedback to the sales team regarding service failures or customer concerns
Provide feedback and continual improvement to Sales/Service strategies
Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth
Other related duties as assigned
