About The Position

Benson’s Pet Center is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer experiences. The role involves engaging with customers, identifying their needs, recommending products and services, and helping ensure a positive shopping experience. The associate works with the team to support store goals and uphold the company’s standards for honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction. The starting wage is $17 per hour. After 30 days, employees have the opportunity to earn an additional $2 per hour for punctuality and perfect attendance. A perfect attendance bonus is also offered.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
Passion for pets and a desire to provide top-notch customer service.
Availability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

Previous retail or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide prompt assistance.
