About The Position

Tom Kadlec Kia is looking for a friendly, motivated communicator to join our sales support team. In this role, you will work with customers who have contacted us about purchasing a vehicle. You will answer questions, continue the conversation by phone, text, and email, and help schedule appointments with our sales team. This is not a vehicle-sales position, and automotive experience is not required. We provide training, technology, scripts, and ongoing coaching to help you succeed. This is a fast-paced position where you will stay engaged, speak with many different people, and play an important role in helping customers find their next vehicle.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Respond to customers who inquire about vehicles online or by phone
Build rapport and learn what each customer is looking for
Answer basic questions and schedule dealership appointments
Follow up with customers by phone, text, and email
Confirm upcoming appointments
Maintain accurate information in our customer-management system
Work closely with the sales team to provide a smooth customer experience
