About The Position

The Customer Service Representative works in a fast-paced retail store environment, serving customers and helping maintain store standards. The role includes greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes assisting with the food program. Representatives work in multiple areas of the store, both inside and outside, to support store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The position involves daily customer interaction and teamwork to complete store tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Provide excellent customer care.
• Communicate effectively and engage in friendly conversation.
• Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive approach.
• Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; perform handwork requiring eye-hand coordination, and potentially climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
