About The Position

Domino's is growing and we are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our team! This role offers immediate hire with flexible scheduling, allowing for short or long shifts, and both part-time and full-time hours. The position provides opportunities for advancement within the company, with many franchise owners having started in delivery roles.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• The ability to follow directives, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and well with others, work well under stress, meet strict quality control standards, provide excellent customer service, analyze and compile data, make good judgements and decisions.
• Eye-hand coordination is essential.
• Use of hands is continuous during the day.
• Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Depth perception as well as Near and mid-range vision required for most in-store tasks.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
• Far and night vision required for driving.

Responsibilities

• Take and process orders.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck.
• Stock shelves.
• Change prices on signs.
• Perform maintenance tasks.
• Clean work surfaces and low areas.
• Assemble cardboard pizza boxes.
• Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven.
• Use a rolling cutter.
• Answer phones.
