About The Position

Domino's is growing and looking to add Customer Service Representatives to their team! This role offers immediate hire with short or long shifts, and flexible scheduling for both part-time and full-time hours. Customer Service Representatives have the opportunity to work a schedule that works with their lives and can pursue various promotional opportunities within the company, as 90% of Domino's franchise owners started out as delivery drivers.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Must be able to pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Take and process orders

• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck
• Stock ingredients and supplies
• Navigate stairs or climb a ladder for maintenance tasks
• Perform tasks at the pizza assembly station
• Stock shelves and clean low areas
• Turn on/off oven controls
• Change prices on signs
• Lift and lower objects to and from shelves
• Scoop ingredients
• Wash dishes
• Obtain topping ingredients
• Clean work surfaces
• Answer phones
• Shape pizza dough
• Manipulate a pizza peel
• Use a rolling cutter
• Pinch and assemble cardboard pizza boxes
• Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes
• Talk and hear on the telephone
• Drive (if applicable)
