Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to stay organized and perform under pressure.
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree.
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills.
- Experience in waste management, utilities, or logistics.
Responsibilities
