About The Position
Campbell Boutique | Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries Help us welcome shoppers to our new Campbell boutique! Youngstown Area Goodwill is looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping people and creating a great shopping experience. In this part-time role, you’ll greet customers, answer questions, operate the register, keep merchandise organized, and help the boutique look inviting throughout the day. You’ll work with your team to make every visit a positive one while supporting Goodwill’s mission in our community.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping customers.
- Dependability, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Comfort using a register or willingness to learn.
- Availability for a part-time retail schedule, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
Nice To Haves
- Retail experience is helpful, but we’re happy to train someone who brings enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide helpful, courteous service.
- Process purchases and handle transactions accurately.
- Stock, arrange, and maintain merchandise and displays.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting areas, and checkout space clean and organized.
- Assist with other store tasks as needed.
