Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with questions, concerns, and product inquiries
  • Process returns, exchanges, and front-end transactions
  • Answer phones and provide customer support
  • Maintain a clean and organized front-end area
  • Support front-end team members and daily store operations
  • Promote store programs, promotions, and loyalty initiatives
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Manage lottery machine operations and related procedures
  • Follow company policies and customer service standards
