About The Position
Looking for an entry-level customer service job with immediate hiring? We’re expanding our team and hiring motivated, outgoing individuals for Entry-Level Customer Service Representative positions. Responsibilities
- Interact with customers and community members at events and promotional campaigns
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Answer questions and share information about nonprofit programs and community initiatives
- Represent partner organizations professionally
- Assist with event setup, logistics, and customer support
- Build positive relationships with customers and community members
- Work with a team to create engaging event experiences
