About The Position

ACERO Building Components, with over 20 years in business and located in Nacogdoches, TX, is expanding and seeking to add a Customer Service Representative to their team. This role offers hours from 7 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday, with health benefits available after 90 days and paid holidays. The CSR will assist with new and existing customer sales, provide product support to outside sales representatives, and offer quotes and product dimension information in person and over the phone.

Requirements

  • Basic computer skills and ERP Software knowledge is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred.
  • +1 year sales experience in manufacturing / warehouse is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, as well as walk-in customers.
  • Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and order processing.
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work with customers to provide complete, effective solutions for their needs, supporting continued engagement and future sales.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions in our ERM system.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address customer needs.
  • Work with our logistics department to determine delivery times and pricing for customer orders to be delivered to the customer’s location.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline sales processes and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Work with sales staff and management to develop solutions that meet customer needs and support sales growth.
  • Work with Customer Care Team to improve Customer Service which could also lead to greater sales totals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized and professional office environment, including individual workstations and shared customer-facing areas.
