About The Position

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a growing team that specializes in coordinating repair service solutions for clients and business partners. This is a primarily remote position with occasional in-office attendance for training, meetings, or special events as needed. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, managing multiple priorities, and serving as the key point of contact throughout the service process.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months of call center or high-volume customer service experience
Strong data entry or order processing experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems simultaneously
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable high-speed internet and ability to hardwire equipment when required

Nice To Haves

Logistics, dispatching, scheduling, or claims experience
Associate degree
Experience in furniture, repair services, warranty administration, or related industries

Responsibilities

Receive and process repair service requests via phone, email, and online service portals
Create and maintain accurate customer service cases, ensuring all relevant information is documented
Coordinate and dispatch technicians based on service needs and geographic location
Monitor open cases and proactively follow up to ensure service deadlines and customer expectations are met
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners throughout the repair process
Work closely with technicians, leadership, and customers to resolve escalated issues
Review service reports for accuracy and completeness before closing cases
Provide final service documentation and updates to partners
Maintain detailed notes and records within the case management system
