The Ken Garff Listening Center is seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join their team. This role involves answering inbound customer calls, determining customer concerns, scheduling appointments, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The Listening Center operates Monday-Friday from 6 AM to 7 PM MST, Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM MST, and is closed on Sundays. Training for the next class begins July 20th, 2026. This is a full-time position with a 35-40 hour work week, starting at $16.00 per hour.
