About The Position

The Ken Garff Listening Center is seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to join their team. This role involves answering inbound customer calls, determining customer concerns, scheduling appointments, and maintaining positive customer relationships. The Listening Center operates Monday-Friday from 6 AM to 7 PM MST, Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM MST, and is closed on Sundays. Training for the next class begins July 20th, 2026. This is a full-time position with a 35-40 hour work week, starting at $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

  • Must provide your own equipment
  • Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple systems, and able to type 30 + wpm
  • The ability to help solve customer problems
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. (Written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask, organize & prioritize
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa
  • Ethernet connection only (must be hard-wired to router or wall port)
  • Minimum speeds: 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
  • Maximum ping: 40 ms or lower
  • Operating System: Windows 11 required (Mac/Apple products not supported)
  • Processor: 1 GHz or faster with two or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor. (typically, Processor of Intel i5 or Higher OR AMD Ryzen 5 or Higher)
  • Memory (RAM): Minimum 16 GB
  • Storage: Minimum 256 GB
  • Dual monitors (2 or more required)
  • Webcam (required)
  • Smartphone (required for authentication purposes)
  • Headset with microphone (must connect via a port; wireless headsets acceptable if using a USB/dongle connection)
  • Keyboard and mouse

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
  • Determine the customer’s concerns and schedule the necessary appointment.
  • Communicate with the customer in a way that leaves them feeling comfortable, informed, and feeling that they have been heard.
  • Document and update customer records.
  • Establish and maintain great customer relationships.
  • Be a team player and uphold Ken Garff’s standards of professionalism and integrity.
