About The Position

Team Merryland, LLC., a young and energetic Domino’s franchise, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help provide outstanding customer service and support store operations. The role involves greeting customers, answering phones, taking orders, processing payments, preparing consistent products according to Domino’s guidelines, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Representatives are expected to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Be friendly and energetic.
• Be comfortable talking with customers in person and by phone.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and provide customer service.
