• Obtaining necessary authorizations
• Ensuring that the intake process is completed flawlessly for clean claim submissions
• Collaborating with the team on Invasive Vent setups
• Handling customer orders
• Determining service charges
• Documenting any complaints or equipment failures
• Addressing dissatisfied customers
• Coordinating complaint resolutions
• Liaising with various stakeholders for timely discharges
• Logging important information into our systems
• Validating the completeness and accuracy of logged information
