We’re looking for the right personality, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We’ll provide the training and help you learn the insurance side of the business. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must meet applicable licensing and training requirements. Requirements

- Employees of State Farm agents must meet applicable licensing and training requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, or sales is a plus, but we're more interested in your attitude, communication skills, and potential.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships and provide an excellent customer experience
- Answer customer questions and assist with service requests
- Communicate with customers by phone, text, email, and in person
- Follow up with customers and identify additional ways our agency can help
- Manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate customer records
- Work with the team to achieve individual and agency goals
- Learn State Farm insurance and financial services products
