About The Position

Lint-X, a leading dryer vent cleaning company, is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding service and help keep homes safe. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assist with scheduling, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish. This is a dynamic role that extends beyond answering phones. The position involves a variety of administrative, reporting, customer communication, and lead management responsibilities. Success in this role requires someone who is organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable shifting between multiple priorities throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience handling high-volume inbound AND outbound calls
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing software
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle a variety of responsibilities throughout the day
  • Versatile, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Respond promptly to new customer inquiries and leads
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians
  • Maintain accurate customer records using spreadsheets and office software
  • Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Educate customers on the importance of dryer vent cleaning services
  • Assist with administrative projects and operational support as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and loyalty
