Remote Customer Service Representative
About The Position
Pearl Interactive Network is sourcing Seasonal Remote Customer Service Representatives. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional support to members and potential members during the open enrollment period. This role ensures callers receive accurate information about dental insurance plans, coverage options, eligibility, and enrollment procedures. The CSR will handle a high volume of inbound calls, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and deliver a positive customer experience while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma
- 6 months of customer service experience
- Broadband internet connection with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps. No Satellite Connections.
- Ethernet cable access. Wi-Fi-only connectivity is prohibited.
- Private and secure workspace within your home. Away from noise and distractions.
Nice To Haves
- Enrollment experience preferred
- Dental experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Utilize standard technology such as telephones, email, and web browsers to assist callers effectively.
- Assist callers with completing online applications and submitting them electronically to the plan provider for processing.
- Navigate pre-scripted responses, read them verbatim to provide basic and claims-specific information, and ensure callers receive accurate details.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
