R+L Carriers is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work at their Hagerstown, MD Service Center. The CSR is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customers and to assist customers and other R & L employees in tracking and monitoring freight movement. Our CSR’s use customer retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued and listened to, to resolve their issues, and promote company goals and objectives. R+L Carriers is a family owned, privately held transportation company founded in 1965.
