R+L Carriers is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work at their Lakeland, FL Service Center. The CSR is responsible for maintaining a positive relationship with customers and assisting them and other R & L employees in tracking and monitoring freight movement. CSRs utilize customer retention techniques to ensure customers feel valued and listened to, resolve their issues, and promote company goals and objectives. This includes daily freight tracing with customers, assisting other terminals with freight-related issues, and performing other assigned duties.
