We provide fueling, parking, and hangar space to the general aviation community (non-commercial planes). This part-time position offers morning or evening shifts and includes holiday and weekend coverage. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) manages the front desk, handles customer greetings, accepts payments, and oversees various administrative and service-oriented details. The role involves regular computer work, including processing financial transactions, entering service reservations, and managing customer booking and fee information within our aviation software. A cheerful and enthusiastic demeanor is essential to ensure all guests feel welcome and have their needs met with attentiveness and professionalism. Our customer service department provides concierge-level assistance through excellent communication, anticipating needs, creative thinking, practical responsiveness, and attention to detail.
