This role serves as a primary operational contact for retail customers, distributors, and internal business partners, handling inquiries related to orders, fulfillment, inventory, and service issues. The representative will process and manage the full customer order lifecycle using EDI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), troubleshoot various operational issues, and collaborate with multiple departments and external providers to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient operations. Key tasks include managing inventory, supporting data setup, identifying at-risk orders, monitoring order and inventory status, assisting with new customer onboarding, and developing performance reports.
