About The Position
The Customer Service Representative welcomes customers over the phone or in person, shares the menu, and takes orders. After proper training and time, the role also includes pre-rush preparation, cleaning, making pizzas, tending the oven, and expediting delivery orders. Candidates should be high energy, friendly, motivated, and enjoy interacting with people. Part-time candidates work 3–4-hour shifts, 3–4 days a week, assisting during lunch and dinner rushes; full-time positions are also available.
