Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a high-call-volume or phone-based customer support environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a calm, polished phone presence
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening, resolving concerns, and creating positive customer experiences
  • Multitask efficiently between calls, scheduling, emails, customer accounts, and internal communication systems
  • Accurately update customer information, service notes, and account details with strong attention to detail
  • Coordinate with technicians and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and customer satisfaction
  • Professionally de-escalate customer concerns and maintain composure in fast-paced or challenging situations
