This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same—and where your flexibility and customer service skills make a real difference. What You’ll Do: This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return. Across all duties, you’ll provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer. Requirements
