Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A customer-first mindset with strong relationship-building abilities
Positive, professional, and self-motivated attitude
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada

Nice To Haves

Previous customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required

Responsibilities

Speaking with members through inbound and outbound calls
Scheduling and conducting virtual appointments via phone or Zoom
Explaining available benefit options and answering questions
Assisting with digital applications and required documentation
Delivering outstanding customer service from start to finish
Developing leadership skills and advancing within the organization
