About The Position

Sundance refreshes consumers with such popular brands as Everfresh and Mr. Pure juices; Rip It energy fuel; LaCroix sparkling waters and Clearfruit waters. Sundance Beverage Company is part of the National Beverage family of iconic brands. This position is for a CSR/Clerk working 30 hours per week plus benefits.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma required
- Basic math and calculation skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent follow-up skills
- 2 years of experience in customer service and general office experience in an administrative role that includes various Clerical and Accounting functions
- Fluent in oral and written communication in English
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft business applications
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from customers and sales team
- Communicate effectively with management, sales and distribution personnel
- Data entry of distributor orders
- Review shipping paperwork for accuracy
- Assist with shipping records
- Assist with shipping and receiving activity
- Review drivers’ deposits and settlement recaps for accuracy
- Scan daily deposits
- Follow up on past due accounts receivables and NSF
