About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its store in Morrisville, North Carolina. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced retail environment, working throughout the store, and contributing to a friendly, energetic team. Requirements

Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care.
Strong communication skills and a friendly approach to conversation.
Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasional ability to lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; this work requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and handle cashiering.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain high standards for store appearance.
Attend onsite regularly and predictably.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks and goals.
