About The Position
EAM-Mosca Corp., a dynamic market leader in the area of end-of-line automated packaging machinery and consumable strapping solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for processing incoming orders and arranging for shipment of EAM Mosca's products including machines, strap, and/or spare parts.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs required.
Nice To Haves
- Candidates with Customer Service Experience in a fast paced, business to business sales environment preferred.
- Associate’s degree preferred.
- Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu of education.
- Experience with Salesforce a plus.
Responsibilities
- Confer with customers to provide information about products or services, product availability, enter orders and obtain details of complaints.
- Inform customers of order information, such as product availability, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.
- Monitor timely order fulfillment and Shipping with Warehouse and Logistics Departments.
- Work with freight forwarders, transportation companies, courier companies to obtain freight quotes, schedule pick-up appointments, and make general shipping arrangements.
- Prepare invoices, shipping documents, and other customer required documentation.
