About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves helping customers, operating the register, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. The representative works in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain store appearance and support daily operations, alongside an energetic team. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
Communication skills and friendly conversation.
Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
