About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its store in Elgin, Illinois. The role involves helping customers and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment. Representatives greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and may work with the food program. They work throughout the store, inside and out, and provide fast, friendly service while completing daily tasks with the team. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required. Requirements

Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
Communication skills and a friendly approach to conversation.
Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
Availability for weekday and weekend shifts.
