About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly service in a fast-paced store environment. The role involves working in various areas of the store, inside and out, to maintain store appearance and support daily operations. Representatives interact with customers and work with an energetic team to accomplish store tasks. The position may also involve working with the food program. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while having fun.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may require climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer care.
