About The Position

Provides courteous and efficient service to patrons in the sales of lottery products, pocket slot (bingo event) tickets, and Nevada tickets. Interacts with customers daily, promptly responding to all requests courteously and efficiently. Sells and redeems TITO tickets. Applies exemplary customer relations skills that promote a superior company image. Responsible for the accuracy of cash float and redeemed tickets.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work scheduled shifts.
  • Must be able to work nights all week, 5PM to 3AM.

Responsibilities

  • Work cooperatively with co-workers and charity members.
  • Obtain and maintain a valid AGCO license.
  • Operate with cash float.
  • Balance cash float and redeemed TITO tickets at the end of the shift.
  • Replenish inventory and clean TapTix units as required to maintain customer service.
  • Maintain sales area in a clean and clutter-free fashion.
  • Understand all of Delta Bingo & Gaming programs and promotions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding bingo programs, Red 7, promotions, and any other product or service offered at the Gaming Centre.
  • Immediately refer customer concerns to the Session Manager.
  • Immediately report potential safety hazards to the Session Manager.
  • Undertake other tasks and ‘utility’ duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Comply with the Delta Bingo & Gaming dress code.
  • Behave in a professional manner (e.g. Refrain from the use of foul language).
  • Must be able to work scheduled shifts.
  • Demonstrate teamwork attitude through such things as willingness to cover shifts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
