Requirements

  • Service work experience
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Willingness to learn carpentry methods and techniques
  • Ability to use and read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch with accuracy and precision

Nice To Haves

  • Prior cabinet installation or trim experience
  • Carpentry skills, proficiency in using electric and hand powered carpentry tools

Responsibilities

  • Perform service work and finishes on installed cabinets, including door and drawer fixes, hardware installation, toe kick and shoe fitting and installation, etc.
  • Review and follow all job plans, blueprints and instructions as listed in our internal tracking system to fully grasp all job details and requirements
  • Install wire closet systems according to pre-fabricated instructions to ensure exceptional finished product
  • Review and follow all job plans and instructions as listed in the internal tracking system to fully grasp all job details and requirements
  • Track and update job status in our Internal Tracking System
  • Observe operation of tools and equipment assigned to ensure proper maintenance and safe operation
  • Coordinate repairs of tools and equipment as needed.
  • Maintain and operate equipment in accordance with operating manuals and procedures, and maintain your assigned work area in a high state of cleanliness/readiness
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
