About The Position
The Customer Service Representative greets customers, answers phones, takes orders, and prepares pizza while providing excellent customer service. This role pays $21.57 to $24.00 per hour, plus tips, and includes paid sick leave as required by Washington State law.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age.
- Be team-oriented, friendly, punctual, dependable, and comfortable helping others and speaking with strangers.
- Have a positive attitude and be comfortable making suggestions and helping when needed.
- Be able to multitask and manage time.
- Communicate in English verbally and in writing.
- Add, subtract, and make change for customer orders.
- Be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile.
- Operate the register to enter orders, process sales, and collect customer payments.
- Prepare products consistently with Domino’s standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s image standards.
