We’re looking for a driven and professional Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company — assisting customers during urgent roadside situations and ensuring timely, accurate dispatch of services. This is more than a call center role — it’s a critical position that keeps operations moving and directly impacts customer satisfaction every day.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer and manage high-volume inbound calls
  • Collect accurate service details and coordinate timely dispatch
  • Provide clear communication and real-time updates to customers
  • Use GPS systems to deliver accurate ETAs
  • Assist customers with vehicle release procedures
  • Remain calm and solution-focused in high-pressure situations
  • Work closely with drivers and internal teams to ensure seamless service
