PT Customer Service Representatives - Back of House
About The Position
Watermelon Swim is seeking a Back-of-House Customer Service Representatives to join their team in Riverview and Wesley Chapel locations. This role is for individuals who are detail-oriented, client-focused, and motivated to support the company's mission of safety and community. The representative will provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and internal systems, assist clients with scheduling, account questions, and general inquiries, collaborate with the team for accurate information flow and a seamless client experience, and support the Front Desk team as needed.
Requirements
- Organized, dependable, and friendly individuals with a service-oriented mindset.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience (behind-the-scenes support preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort working with multi-line phone systems, databases, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while staying calm and professional.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
