This position is for a Back of House role at a franchised McAlister’s Deli location. The responsibilities include maintaining food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils, as well as managing sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas. The role involves reading food orders and/or receiving verbal instructions to prepare orders quickly and accurately. Additionally, the position requires cleaning and stocking the station at the beginning and end of each shift, prepping additional items as necessary, ensuring prepared food meets quality and quantity requirements, and protecting the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies. Other duties may be requested by management.
