Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Answer incoming phone calls and provide responsive, professional customer service
Assist walk-in customers and help address questions and requests
Process customer orders and invoices using company systems
Perform general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, billing, filing, and record management
Support production and reprographics operations as needed
Assist with printing, scanning, document preparation, and electronic file distribution
Maintain accurate records and ensure information is entered correctly and efficiently
Collaborate with team members across departments to support daily operations and customer needs
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned
