Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service, dispatch, or scheduling experience in a home service or field service environment.
• Experience in industries such as: Garage Doors, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Appliance Repair, Roofing, Pest Control, Restoration, Locksmith, Landscaping, Construction Service, Property Maintenance
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and strong problem-solving ability

Nice To Haves

• Experience dispatching field technicians
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience using ServiceTitan or similar scheduling software is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Answering a high volume of inbound customer calls
• Scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician routes
• Dispatching technicians while balancing priority and efficiency
• Communicating appointment updates and arrival times
• Following up with customers regarding completed work and service questions
• Assisting customers through phone, email, and text
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records
• Supporting technicians with job information and schedule changes
• Identifying opportunities for additional services when appropriate
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from the first phone call through job completion
