About The Position

Circle K is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide fast, friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register and cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. Representatives work in various areas inside and outside the store to maintain store appearance and standards. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and daily teamwork to complete store tasks.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to work at a quick pace while contributing to a fun environment.
Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
