About The Position

notifyMD is seeking resilient, compassionate, and professional individuals to join their fast-paced, high-volume call center team. This is a full-time, remote position for residents of Texas. The role involves managing inbound calls for various companies, requiring the ability to switch between different protocols, data entry requirements, and specific scripting for each client. Candidates must deliver an empathetic, polite, and professional demeanor on every call, possess excellent grammar, and clear, articulate spoken English. The position demands focus, speed, and precision in a "call after call" environment and requires meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence, average wrap time, and quality assurance scores.

Requirements

  • Must be a full-time remote resident of Texas.
  • Must have the ability to switch between different protocols, data entry requirements, and specific scripting for each client.
  • Must possess excellent grammar and clear, articulate spoken English.
  • Must be available to work one weekend day per week.
  • Must be available to work holidays.
  • Must provide own equipment meeting specifications during the new hire period (Windows 11 or higher, wired Ethernet internet connection, professional grade wired headset with microphone, minimum screen resolution of 1600x900).
  • Must be able to type at least 30 WPM.

  • Two monitors are highly preferred.
