About The Position

This is a temporary to full-time Customer Service Representative position. The role involves maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, responding promptly to inquiries, and communicating through various channels. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, understanding product details to answer questions, processing orders and requests, and maintaining records of customer interactions. Collaboration with colleagues and providing feedback on customer service processes are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will manage a team of junior customer service representatives, ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional support.
