The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working as a member of the Customer Experience Team to provide excellent service to customers, including delivering inventory to their place of business. This role involves working with customers to meet their needs, resolving issues, performing front-line analysis and resolution, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to customer-specific on-site guidelines. Daily tasks include supporting branch operations such as placing quotes and orders, answering customer questions via phone, email, and in-person, assisting the Solutions team with vending machine operations, acting as a resource for other departments, and ensuring the best possible customer experience.
