Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable with local geography and able to read a map.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort using computers, CRM systems, and standard business software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and account details.
  • Schedule in-clinic and on-farm calls utilizing our clinic software and Google Calendar
  • Research, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of courtesy and professionalism.
  • Document customer interactions, updates, and resolutions in internal systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or supervisor when needed.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure consistent service and compliance with company standards.
  • Support team goals by contributing to a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with leadership.
