About The Position

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in the industrial tool manufacturing industry. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, and coordinating with multiple departments to make sure orders are handled accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and order information
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
• Ability to learn technical products and understand customer requirements
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

• manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus
• Experience with an ERP or order management system is preferred
• additional education is a plus

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a timely, professional manner
• Prepare and process customer quotes, purchase orders, and returns
• Provide customers with pricing, product information, availability, and lead times
• Monitor open orders and communicate shipment updates and changes
• Work closely with Sales, Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Shipping
• Assist customers with product selection and technical questions
• Process RMAs, warranty claims, and product returns
• Maintain accurate customer and order information in the ERP system
• Assist with inventory inquiries and product availability
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer requests
• Help identify opportunities to improve customer service processes
• Provide a positive, professional experience for every customer
