About The Position

We're looking for a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. In this role, you'll answer inbound calls, schedule service appointments, provide outstanding customer support, and help ensure every customer receives the exceptional experience Peaden is known for. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships will play an important role in our continued success.

Requirements

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong typing and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to change.
• Professional phone etiquette.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities
