About The Position

DME Express is a growing medical supply company dedicated to providing excellent service and equipment to the Hospice field. We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for our 2nd and 3rd shifts. This role involves handling in-house communications with patients/clients and verifying third-party reimbursement. While no prior experience is required as training will be provided, a commitment to service excellence and a strong work ethic are essential. The position requires living near the Cincinnati area and offers a shift differential for the 3rd shift.

Requirements

  • Must live near the Cincinnati area.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule (including weekends) on a predetermined, rotating schedule.
  • Strong character and work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls regarding order placement, product problems, service questions, order status, and general customer concerns.
  • Enter online orders from various online systems into the operating system for processing, noting any demographic changes, requested times, and important notes.
  • Respond to patient/client questions and problems.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and patients through all communication channels.
  • Promote teamwork by assisting co-workers, routers, and field operations as needed.
  • Demonstrate timeliness, courtesy, sincerity, and patience when dealing with customers and patients.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
